What it does
Tokei connects to the MailerLite API and adds every giveaway entrant to your chosen group in real time. Name, email, and contest metadata sync automatically — no manual steps between “someone entered” and “they're in your list.”
MailerLite's group system keeps things clean. One group per promotion, or one group for all giveaway entrants — your call. Either way, contacts arrive ready for your next automation.
How contacts sync

How it works
Two pieces of information: your MailerLite API token and the group you want entrants added to. That's the entire setup.
API Token
MailerLite → Integrations → API. Generate a token and copy it.
Group ID
Subscribers → Groups → open your group. The ID is in the URL.

Does this work on MailerLite's free plan?
Yes. The integration works with any MailerLite plan that provides API access — including the free tier. The only limit is MailerLite's subscriber cap (1,000 on free).
My token isn't working
Generate a fresh API token in MailerLite → Integrations → API. Tokens can't be viewed again after creation, so if you lost it, create a new one.
Can I send entrants to different groups?
Each Tokei promotion has its own email integration settings. Point different promotions at different MailerLite groups — one per campaign is a clean pattern.
Will it create duplicates?
No. MailerLite deduplicates by email. Existing subscribers are updated with new metadata and added to the group without creating a second record.
